E.S.P. (Sociedad An\u00f3nima. Empresa de Servicios P\u00fablicos Domiciliarios) se permite informar que:<\/p><p>Los<strong> usuarios del servicio de gas natural<\/strong> pueden elegir libremente a su comercializador, entendi\u00e9ndose este \u00faltimo como aquel participante del mercado que desarrolla la actividad de compra de <strong>gas natural<\/strong> y\/o de capacidad de transporte en el mercado primario y\/o en el mercado secundario y su venta con destino a otras operaciones en dichos mercados o a los usuarios finales, en cuyo caso tambi\u00e9n incluye la intermediaci\u00f3n comercial de la distribuci\u00f3n. El distribuidor, por su parte, es la persona, natural o jur\u00eddica, p\u00fablica o privada, encargada de la administraci\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n comercial, planeaci\u00f3n, expansi\u00f3n, operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de todo o parte de la capacidad de un sistema de distribuci\u00f3n, bien sea utilizando activos de su propiedad, o de terceros, hasta la conexi\u00f3n de los usuarios finales.<\/p><h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.efigas.com.co\/ef_resources\/2024\/02\/procedimiento_para_el_cambio_de_comercializador.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Procedimiento para el cambio de comercializador<\/a><\/h2><p>El n\u00famero de comercializadores que prestan el servicio en cada mercado relevante que atiende <strong>Efigas<\/strong> S.A. E.S.P, (Sociedad An\u00f3nima. Empresa de Servicios P\u00fablicos Domiciliarios) se relaciona a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
